Owners MUST be open and honest if there are any behavioural concerns with their dog(s) (i.e. reactive, aggressive, dominant etc) for the safety of visiting dogs and owners, and our staff at Dengie Doggy Dive-In. Thank you for your continued cooperation with this.

If we are over-subscribed or under-subscribed to your preferred Group Swim we will be in touch with an alternative day/time. If we are unable to find a convenient alternative for you, we will refund your booking in full. Many thanks

Cancellation Policy

We are unfortunately unable to refund cancelled bookings, but we can reschedule these to a convenient time for both you and Dengie Doggy Dive-In. Please feel free to email us, within 24 hours of your booking, if you need to reschedule and we'll be happy to help.
