We're excited to announce that we'll be expanding our services to Home Boarding from the end of February 2026, having achieved 4/4 stars on our License with Maldon District Council! (License Number: 26/00009/AWLAIA)

Home from Home Dog Boarding with Day Care Access
Your fur-family will join us at home, spending time during the day with our Day Care dogs in an enriching and fun environment, and lazing their evenings away, relaxing with us at home. ​​

Our New Day Care and Home Boarding Setting is AMAZING!
​Our new setting is AMAZING! Think acres of enclosed fields to explore, a woodland area, a purpose built indoor area for those colder days and to rest and relax, optional use of our heated swimming pool for dogs in the spring/summer months, plus everything Dengie Bark Park has to offer in terms of enrichment and activities. Don't worry, Dengie Bark Park will remain open as usual :-)​

What will Home Boarding look like at Dengie K9-5?
Dog Home Boarding
- Our Home Boarding offering is fully licensed with Maldon District Council, having achieved 4/4 stars on our recent inspection (License Number: 26/00009/AWLAIA)
- Your dog(s) will join our Day Care dogs during the day, and spend their evenings in a home from home setting, under the watchful eye of the Dengie K9-5 team
- We are fully insured, and our team will be made up of qualified and experienced dog-loving individuals
- There's plenty of space to explore at Dengie K9-5, including an enclosed all weather exercise area, enclosed woodland area and an indoor play barn, plus a 'Calm Barn' for snoozing in
- Your dog(s) will also have optional use of our heated swimming pool for dogs during the spring and summer months
- There are plenty of opportunities for your dog(s) to socialise, play, exercise, train and rest (we understand rest is also key to a happy dog(s)!
- Each dog has 121 time with our team throughout the day
- There are dedicated times during the day for enrichment, socialising, and rest PLUS opportunities for training
- Our services are priced in line with other local Dog Home Boarding providers ​
