Dog Home Boarding
We're excited to announce that we're exploring the opportunity of expanding our services into the Dog Home Boarding sector. This idea is in it's early stages where we're working with the council to establish how best to meet the relevant licensing guidelines.
Your fur-family will join us at home, spending time during the day with our Day Care Dogs in an enriching and fun environment, and lazing their evenings away, relaxing with us at home. Let us know below if you'd like your dog to join us for a holiday in 2026 and beyond.
Our New Home!
Our new home is AMAZING! Think acres of enclosed fields to explore, a woodland area, a purpose built indoor area for those colder days and to rest and relax, optional use of our heated swimming pool for dogs in the spring/summer months, plus everything Dengie Bark Park has to offer in terms of enrichment and activities. Don't worry, Dengie Bark Park will remain open as usual :-) We can't wait to welcome your dog(s) to the holiday of their lives!
What will Dog Home Boarding look like at Dengie K9-5?
Dog Home Boarding
- we'll also be offering Dog Home from Home Boarding at our new site, which will be fully licensed by Maldon District Council
- your dog(s) will have the opportunity to join our Day Care dogs during the day, and spend their evenings in a home from home setting, under the watchful eye of the Dengie K9-5 team
- we'll be fully insured, and our team will be made up of qualified and experienced dog-loving individuals
- we'll work with the local council to achieve our license before opening
- your dog(s) will have plenty of space to explore - an enclosed exercise field, woodland area, and all weather play area for those wetter days, PLUS optional use of our heated swimming pool for dogs during the spring and summer months
- there will be plenty of opportunities for your dog(s) to socialise, play, exercise, train and rest (we understand rest is also key to a happy dog(s)!)
- we'll ensure each dog has 121 time with our team throughout the day
- there will be dedicated times during the day for enrichment, socialising, and rest PLUS opportunities for training
- we'll price our services in line with other Dog Home Boarding providers
