Finding Dengie Bark Park is easy! We're perfectly positioned on Mayland Hill, right in the middle of the Dengie Peninsular.
Coming from Mayland (Green Lane/Highlands Hill)?
If you're coming from Mayland, we are located at the top of Mayland Hill, just after the row of white cottages on your right. Look out for our signs! (If you know of ShelfSpan, we're right next door to them).
Coming from Southminster (Southminster Road/Scott's Hill)?
If you're coming from Southminster, we are located on the left hand side of the road on Mayland Hill, just after the Church (St. Barnabas). Look out for our signs! (If you know of ShelfSpan, we're right next door to them).
DIRECTIONS to Dengie Wild Wood
You’ll find Althorne Lodge on the Burnham Road in between Althorne village and Burnham on Crouch (aka the Burnham Bends). Look out for the Car Wash signs on your left (the same place as Edgewood Vets if you know it), and turn off (left) at the very next right hand bend where the little Round Hose is. Althorne Lodge can be found up the hill, down the long track.
